Insurance Policy
In general, Stone's Massage will bill your insurance company provided you have verified massage therapy benefits. If for any reason they do not pay your claim, you are responsible for the full amount of charges.
Cancellation Policy for Insurance Services
If you are n insurance client, we cannot bill your insurance company if you do not come in for your appointment, therefore you will be responsible for the entire cost.
Late Policy
If you are going to be late for your appointment, please call us as a courtesy to let us know. Regardless, your appointment will still end at the original designated time, and you will be responsible for the full amount.
Note-if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment and you have not called to let us know, you will need to reschedule, and you will be charged a $15.00 late fee.
Returned Check Policy
If your check is returned for insufficient funds, there is a $25.00 returned check fee, in addition to bank fees
Code of Conduct Policy
Massage Therapy is a professional service that is being provided by Stone's Massage. Massage Therapy is for overall wellness and/or treatment purposes only. No misconduct on the part of a client will be tolerated whatsoever. Examples include: inappropriate conversation, touching of any kind, suggestive or lewed conversation or gestures of any kind, etc. If this occurs, the session will end immediately AND the client must pay in full before leaving
Financial Responsibility/Payment Policy
You are responsible for payment at the time of service if you are a cash paying client. If you do not pay at the time of service, you will be charged the billable rate of regular charges of the service you received. If you are going through an insurance company, you are responsible for your co-pay, con-insurance, etc. at the time of service.
